Flow is a work-management client operated for and on behalf of the organisation that provides your Flow account (the "Workspace Operator"). This policy explains what the app collects and why. If your employer provides your account, their internal policies also apply.
Solely to provide the service: authenticating you, showing and syncing your work, sending notifications, enforcing permissions and maintaining the audit trail your organisation requires. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your data is stored on the server operated by your Workspace Operator (by default flow.futuramedtech.com) and is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Google Firebase Cloud Messaging is used only as a processor to deliver notifications; the payload is limited to what is needed to show the notification.
Work records are retained per your organisation's policy and the audit requirements of a controlled quality system. You can request access to, or deletion of, your personal data through your Workspace Operator / administrator, who can deactivate accounts and remove personal identifiers.
Flow is a workplace tool and is not directed to children under 18.
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
